According to the present invention, a continuous forming apparatus for an ultra-thin metal part comprises: a piezoelectric unit, a crucible unit, a cooling unit, a collector, and a control unit in a chamber. The piezoelectric unit is formed in a rod to receive a moving motion generated by a piezoelectric actuator to be moved. The rod moves in the crucible unit to discharge molten metal in the crucible unit to the outside. The crucible unit comprises an induction coil formed on the outside thereof and a nozzle unit formed on a lower portion thereof to discharge the molten material. The cooling unit consists of a cooling wheel to move the molten material in a rotational direction of the cooling wheel to maintain a constant thickness, and performs quenching through the cooling wheel at a cooling speed exceeding 10^6 °C/sec to acquire a fine and uniform crystal structure material.
