According to an embodiment of the present invention, a manufacturing method of a concrete structure using 3D printing comprises the steps of: manufacturing a concrete main body formed to be communicated a space unit for reinforcing bars with the outside by using 3D printing; arranging a reinforcing bar in the space unit for reinforcing bars; and injecting mortar for filling in the space unit for reinforcing bars arranged with the reinforcing bar.
