The present invention relates to a mobile terminal trade server and method using a QR code. The mobile terminal trade server using a QR code according to the present invention comprises: a database which stores models of mobile terminals and used mobile terminal sale prices by model; a data receiving unit which receives, when a mobile terminal having scanned a QR code accesses the mobile terminal trade server through a URL corresponding to the QR code, mobile terminal information from the accessed mobile terminal; a control unit which determines the model of mobile terminal by using the mobile terminal information; a sale condition presenting unit which presents a sale condition about the mobile terminal including the model of mobile terminal and the used mobile terminal sale price, to the mobile terminal; and a payment unit which performs, when receiving sale consent in accordance with the presented sale condition from a user of the mobile terminal, payment according to the sale condition. According to the present invention, it is possible to activate an online trade of used mobile terminals by using a QR code. In addition, since a trade of a used mobile terminal is performed in advance rather than purchasing a new product, it is possible to reduce the number of mobile terminals discarded after replacement. |
