The present invention relates to: a coating composition; a plastic film produced by using the same; and a producing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a coating composition capable of forming a plastic film exhibiting high hardness and excellent processability; a plastic film which is produced by using the same and exhibits a three-dimensional structure; and a producing method thereof.
