The present invention relates to an eco-friendly soundproof panel. The eco-friendly soundproof panel according to the present invention includes: a housing where a plurality of through-holes to introduce noise is formed in a front part; and a sound-absorbing material provided in the housing. At least one rainwater hole is formed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the housing. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly soundproof panel can provide a growing environment for vines which approach through the through-holes of the front part by accommodating the rainwater. |
