The present invention relates to a door sliding assembly for a vehicle, and more specifically, to a door sliding assembly for a vehicle, capable of sliding a vehicle door in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body. The door sliding assembly for the vehicle includes: a rail part which is installed at the vehicle body, and has at least a part thereof extended in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body; a slide unit which has one side sliding in the longitudinal direction of the rail part by being combined to the rail part, and has the other side fixed to the door; and a wire which has one end fixed and combined to one plane of the door, has the other end combined to the sliding unit, and provides tension to the door in order to prevent a part of the door from coming in contact with the vehicle body by rotating around a connection part with the slide unit during a process that the door moves along the rail part together with the slide unit. |
