According to one embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for reducing resistance of a moon pool comprises: a door unit opening and closing a moon pool; and a moon pool pressure control unit firing a compressed gas to the inside of the moon pool to increase internal pressure of the moon pool and prevent sea water from being introduced to the moon pool. According to the present invention, the apparatus for reducing resistance of a moon pool increases the internal pressure of the moon pool by blowing the compressed gas from the outside to the inside of the moon pool when a drill ship is moved in order to reduce damage of a hull even if a flow is generated inside the moon pool since a force, which is generated by an internal fluid, applied to the hull is reduced.
