Disclosed is a method for forming a selective coating layer. The method for forming a selective coating layer of the present invention selectively forms a coating layer on one side of a coating body to be coated, comprising: a step of forming a resilient coating layer on a side met with the one side of the coating body to be coated; a step of covering a liquid coating solution forming the coating layer on the one side of the coating body to be coated and a surface of the resilient coating layer; a step of curing the liquid coating solution; and a step of separating and removing the coating layer on the surface of the resilient coating layer with the coating layer formed on the one side, wherein the liquid coating solution has a contact angle of 80° or more on the surface of the resilient coating layer.
