A communications network and a related system technology are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cloud system according to an access of a USB memory device synchronizes a USB memory and a cloud storage region at the same time, thereby enabling a safe maintenance and management of data, in case of a cloud storage region error or the loss of the USB memory device. In addition, the present invention, in case of the loss of the USB memory device, allows a user to re-log in by using a setting program installed in a newly purchased USB memory device, and synchronizes the new USB memory with the cloud storage region in order to upload or download data stored in the cloud storage region, thereby enhancing the safety of document management for the user to achieve better performance. |
