摘要 The present invention relates to a method of extracting lipid from microalgae using a cationic polymer and a sheer stress, and an apparatus thereof, more specifically, to a method of extracting lipid from microalgae using the shear stress generated by stirring and ventilating with the polymer including a positive charge group and an aliphatic chain at a distal end for destroying a cell wall of the microalgae without the drying process of the microalgae. The method of extracting the lipid from the microalgae and using the apparatus thereof according to the present invention may extract the lipid from the microalgae without drying the microalgae and inputting energy, and thus, be effective in reducing the energy and production costs of bioethanol. Additionally, an environmental friendly biodiesel lower procedure may be performed, since the procedure is processed only with the interaction and the shear stress between the cationic polymer coating and the microalgae cell wall without the chemicals to be consumed in a processing procedure. Further, when the microalgae continuous reactor including the shear stress is used, compared to being reacted with the cationic polymer, the time for extracting the lipid from the microalgae may be reduced by the interaction synergy effect between the shear stress and the charge, and obtain a high extracting throughput.
