The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ceramics and a tile for controlling humidity wherein, more particularly, environmental pollution can be prevented by reusing a processed sludge material, which is usually disposed of, as the processed sludge material, obtained by sintering sludge in water purifying facilities, into a composition for manufacturing the ceramics and the tile for controlling humidity. The processed material has a number of fine pores. Therefore, the processed material has excellent moisture absorption properties and moisture-proof properties, is lightweight, and has excellent strength. Therefore, the processed material can be used to manufacture a product with good quality. The method for manufacturing ceramics and a tile for controlling humidity includes: a mixing step of mixing the composition for manufacturing the ceramics and the tile for controlling humidity; a kneading step for kneading the composition mixed in the mixing step; a molding step of molding the shape by using dough produced in the kneading step; and a sintering step of sintering a molded product, produced in the molding step, in a sintering furnace. The composition comprises 20-30 parts by weight of clay, 50-60 parts by weight of the processed sludge material, and 10-20 parts by weight of a sintering inorganic binder. |
