The present invention relates to a hybrid sunlight generation and air-conditioning apparatus. The hybrid sunlight generation and air-conditioning apparatus includes: a location calculation unit which calculates a location of the sun; a module unit which collects sunlight while moving in accordance with the location of the sun, having been traced through the location calculation unit, and adsorbs the heat generated on the basis of the collected sunlight; and a cooling/heating unit which provides cooling or heating by using the heat generated in the module unit and a heat storage tank storing high temperature water, having adsorbed the heat generated in the module unit.
