Disclosed is a high pressure valve which supports ascending of a main head (22), that is valve opening movement by charging a high pressure fluid in a pilot fluid charging part (23) surrounded by a part of the outer circumference of the main head (22) and a part of the inner circumference of a main housing (20). The present invention independently secures a passage space for a passing pressure fluid and a charging space for a bypassing pilot fluid in a housing accommodation space by depending on only a simple rotary cutting process and by forming an inner circumference part and an outer circumference part of a main valve head housing in a closed double space, wherein an ascending pressure by a pilot fluid charging part (23) partially cancels a descending pressure by a pressure fluid charging part. In addition, a protruding main head column (22) is added onto an upper plane of the main head (22) in preparation for a pressure change of the valve passing fluid, and moves by being linked with the main head (22) as passing through the head block (11). Thus, a weight (40) is put on the protruding main head column to correct the weight of the main head. According to the present invention, because it is possible to make pilot fluid charging spaces in various sizes around the valve head by combing simple cylinder processing and piston processing using rotary cutting, a pilot actuator of small capacitor can provide a function in the same level as a direct type pneumatic actuator of large capacity. And the present invention can eliminate the shortcoming of a high voltage valve using a direct type actuator, of which the valve driving force has to be readjusted according to a pressure change of the passing fluid. |
