Provided is an organic semiconductor device. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the organic semiconductor device includes: an organic semiconductor material layer; a linear source electrode and a linear drain electrode, which are disposed within the organic semiconductor layer, and disposed in parallel to be separated from each other; a linear gate electrode disposed on the organic semiconductor material layer to cross the linear source electrode and the linear drain electrode individually; and an electrolyte layer coming in contact with the organic semiconductor material layer and the linear gate electrode.
