The present invention relates to a composition for reducing radon produced by including activated carbons and a producing method thereof, wherein the composition allows to reduce emission of radon and various toxic substances due to coating the composition on building materials in order not to occurs problems such as headache, dizziness, nausea, and irritation of an eye caused by hazardous materials by reducing various toxic substances generated from the building materials.
