The present invention relates to a manufacturing device of a connecting bar for a car seat, which comprises: a rack; a hanging groove forming unit for pressurizing the outer periphery of a connecting bar settled on the top surface of the rack to form a hanging groove; and, a bracket fastening unit for pressurizing both ends of the connecting bar to form a wrinkle unit and to fasten a bracket with the connecting bar. The hanging groove forming unit comprises: a bottom press where the cylindrical connecting bar is settled; and, a top press installed at the top of the bottom press to pressurize the connecting bar settled on the bottom press from the top. The bottom press has a bottom settling groove where the bottom hemispherical surface of the connecting bar is settled. The bottom settling groove comprises: a bottom settling table where a bottom hole vertically penetrated is formed; and, a bottom pressurizing plate placed at the bottom of the bottom settling table to have a bottom pressurizing bump penetrating the bottom hole formed on the top surface. The top press has a top settling groove whose bottom surface directly contacts the top hemispherical surface of the connecting bar. The top settling groove comprises: a top settling table with a top hole vertically penetrated; and, a top pressurizing plate placed at the top of the top settling table to have a top pressurizing bump penetrating the top hole on the bottom surface. Therefore, the present invention has the process to combine a bracket with a connecting bar with a hanging groove forming unit for forming a hanging groove on the connecting bar and a bracket fastening unit installed on both sides of the hanging groove forming unit in a single apparatus, and does not need to have a press apparatus for forming a hanging groove on the connecting bar and a wrinkle forming apparatus for combining a bracket with the connecting bar separately. |
