According to the present invention, an apparatus for opening and closing a fuel cover, which is operated to lock or unlock a fuel cover, comprises: a first elastic member made of a shape memory alloy; a second elastic member positioned in parallel with the first elastic member; a first rotation member connected to the first elastic member and the second elastic member; a second rotation member connected to the first rotation member; a rod wherein a protrusion unit is formed in one end portion; an elastic member always biasing the rod to the outside; and a control unit controlling the first elastic member and the second elastic member to be displaced. According to the present invention, provided is the apparatus for opening and closing a fuel cover, which enables a fuel cover to be locked and unlocked using displacement of a shape memory alloy, thereby reducing costs and weight. |
