The present invention relates to a pressurized pile enabling reduction in expenses for materials and constructions costs due to a decrease in weight, and the length of the pile by forming remarkably a pile structure adhering to the ground to improve a pile shaft resistance of the pile, and to a construction method thereof. The pressurized pile of the present invention is characterized by comprising: the pile installed in a borehole formed on the ground; a tubular packer installed between an outer circumference of an upper part of the pile and the borehole; a packer injecting hose connected to the packer, filling an expansive grout in the packer; a circular hose installed in the outer circumference of the pile on a spot spaced upward on a predetermined distance from a lower end of the pile, including a plurality of injection holes, and pressure-grouting the expansive grout between the outer circumference of the pile and the borehole via the injection holes; and a supply hose connected to the circular hose, supplying the expansive grout to the circular hose. |
