The present invention relates to a method for measuring a floor noise between the floors by a noise measuring apparatus installed in each home of an apartment house. The present invention includes the following steps of: recognizing and digitalizing the floor noise data and transmitting the data to a floor noise managing server; determining whether the recognized floor noise data is above the predetermined level; and notifying the occurrence of the floor noise if the recognized noise data is above the predetermined level or corresponds to the predetermined pattern. In addition, the floor noise managing server includes the following steps of: storing and managing the floor noise data; analyzing the occurrence reason of the floor noise; and generating statistical information of the floor noise and providing residents with the information.
