FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: tool contains a casing with axis of rotation and socket, in which a cutting plate is installed. It has top surface, bottom surface, side surface, and axis of symmetry crossing the top surface and bottom supporting surface. The cutting edges of the plate are made at crossing of the front surface and side surface, two through holes go to the top surface and bottom supporting surface, and are located symmetrically relatively to the said axis of symmetry. The plate is secured by two securing screws with heads. The casing sockets are limited by the bottom supporting wall for interaction with the bottom supporting surface of the cutting plate, and by two side supporting walls for interaction with the side surface of the cutting plate. One of the side supporting walls is located along axis of rotation of the casing, on the bottom supporting wall of the socket two thread holes are made for interaction with said securing screws. The tool has double-arm lever and clamping element intended to compensate centrifugal force acting during the tool rotation.EFFECT: reliable securing of the cutting plate.6 dwg |
