The wheel body has inner regulating ring channels communicating with the under-piston spaces of the radial slots and with inner drain ring channels communicating with radially positioned hydraulic nozzles. The inlet and outlet of the regulating ring channels and the inlet of drain ring channels are connected to the regulation unit via the ring grooves on the stationary sleeve.
