FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: device includes tubular housing and hollow mandrel coupled telescopically. The housing is made of parts; it contains thread from the first edge side, in the middle part it comprises inner circular protrusions, from the second edge side is contains inner grooves and the first sealant contacting the mandrel, thread reducing sub fixed to a part of the housing from the first edge side with low level of fluid. The mandrel is made of parts; it contains outer grooves for inner grooves of the housing, thread from grooved edge side, in the middle part is comprises outer circular protrusions, a piston with the second sealant contacting inner surface of the housing, spring mechanism between the housing and mandrel in a circular gap, a chamber for lubricating fluid - oil formed by inner surface of the housing, the first sealant in the housing part with inner grooves, the second sealant in the piston placed between the housing and mandrel and outer surface of the mandrel. The piston with the second sealant and mandrel are fixed rigidly between themselves by means of common thread in order to ensure tension over butt ends of the piston and mandrel contacting with each other. Between butt end of the outer circular protrusion of the mandrel oriented towards butt end of inner grooves of the housing and butt end of outer grooves of the mandrel oriented towards butt end of the above outer circular protrusion of the mandrel there is an impact bushing.EFFECT: improved service life, operational reliability and safety, simplified design, optimal rigidity is ensured at higher loads inside the well.5 cl, 10 dwg |
