FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: thin-layer sedimentation tank contains case with supplying channel-distributor, inclined parallel plates, flow divider in form of jet-directing vertical blades of variable length with increase of the latter in direction of initial liquid flow, input and output branch pipes, tank for sediment. Flow divider is placed in supplying channel-distributor. Sediment tank is equipped with gills grid which consists of plates, placed in supplying channel with clearance to vertical blades of flow divider, and gills of grid are placed with inclination to liquid flow. On apparatus case placed is vibrodrive, connected by rod to upper or lower gills grid or to upper or lower end of each of plates of gills grid, with the other end of gills grid or said plates being connected to case by hinge and place of rod input into body is hermetically sealed by bellows. Method of thin layer sedimentation tank exploitation consists in supply of polluted water into supplying channel-distributor, with vibrodrive being switched when maximal permissible hydraulic resistance of thin-layer sedimentation tank, registered by pressure sensor, is achieved, and vibrodrive being switched off with reduction of hydraulic resistance lower than minimal permissible hydraulic resistance of thin-layer sediment tank by signal from pressure sensor.EFFECT: increase of productivity, due to uniform distribution of liquid on live cut of sedimentation tank and additionally due to forced removal of sediment from plate surface.2 cl, 7 dwg |
