FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: working tool with dough kneading blades which performs dough kneading inside the trough is installed on a horizontal moving platform. Axles with bearings and rolls fitted on them are provided for at the both ends of the platform; such rolls are placed in the grooves of stationary vertical guides. In the lower part of one of the guides one makes a hole for a drive shaft connected to a cam that, rotating, lifts and drops the horizontal moving platform due to the shaft curvilinear shape.EFFECT: dough mass efficient stirring.2 dwg |
