FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of water-repelling catalyst includes flocculation of water dispersion for the catalyst particles and water-repellent bond by adding flocculating agents, filtration, drying, thermal treatment and grinding, at that water-repellence treatment of the catalyst is performed in two stages; at that at the first stage water-repelling agent is flocculated and at the second stage the catalyst is coagulated. Manufactured by the above method the water-repelling catalyst is not subject to toxication with substances present in atmosphere and at different stages of manufacture of fuel-cell electrodes and articles with them. The suggested method allows simplifying and cheapening of technology for manufacture of the water-repelling catalyst.EFFECT: increased specific surface area of the catalyst active form, improved mechanic strength of active layer for the electrode with such catalyst.9 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
