PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device allowing a customer to receive an electronic receipt and enjoy a service only by carrying the customer's medium, a portable terminal device, and a program.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: a storage unit which stores first identification information for identifying a portable terminal device to which an electronic receipt related to a transaction is transmitted in association with second identification information for identifying a customer which receives the service offered by the shop identified by shop identification information; receiving means for receiving the first identification information and the shop identification information; extracting means for extracting the second identification information corresponding to the first identification information by searching the storage unit on the basis of the first identification information and shop identification information received by the receiving means; and transmitting means for transmitting the second identification information extracted by the extracting means to the portable terminal device identified by the first identification information received by the receiving means.
