PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shift circuit which is small-sized rather than the prior arts and capable of applying a phase difference equal to or more than that of a conventional phase shift circuit to an input signal and an output signal.SOLUTION: The phase shift circuit includes: a signal line 10; and a dielectric member 20 which is overlapped with the signal line 10 and is movable in a reciprocal manner in a direction across the signal line 10, and a phase of a signal propagated in the signal line 10 is changed. The dielectric member 20 includes: a frame body 40; and a dielectric plate 50 that is provided inside of the frame body 40 and of which the area overlapped with the signal line 10 is increased/decreased with the reciprocal movement. A dielectric constant of the frame body 40 is lower than that of the dielectric plate 50. |
