PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mooring an underwater extended membrane that is not broken even when installed in a swift stream area with violent ocean waves and fierce winds.SOLUTION: In a method for mooring an underwater extended membrane, an upper edge part of the underwater extended membrane is provided with a float; a lower edge part of the underwater extended membrane is provided with a tension belt; one end of an anchor wire is fixed to the tension belt; and the other end thereof is fixed to the bottom of the water. |
