PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently acquire measurement data of X-ray analysis, while suppressing expansion of a laminate cell, in X-ray analysis for the laminate cell.SOLUTION: A sample switching device used for in-situ X-ray analysis, in which, a laminate cell 10 sandwiching a separator therebetween and including a battery element formed by laminating a positive electrode and a negative electrode, is used as the sample, and radiating X-ray to the laminate cell 10 for acquiring analysis data, comprises: a sample holder 31 for holding the four laminate cells 10; and a holder movement device 32 for switching the laminate cell to be disposed on a passage position P of the X-ray by movement of the sample holder 31. The sample holder 31 comprises: a first support member 41 for arranging and disposing the four laminate cells 10 in a planar state; four second support members 42 for sandwiching the laminate cells 10 between them and the first support member 41 for supporting the laminate cells 10; and a press part 43 for pressing these support members 41, 42 so that they do not separate each other. |
