<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of properly adjusting time information of a traffic signal device. <P>SOLUTION: A time information managing section 20 of a main traffic signal device 10 comprises a determining section 21, a correction instructing section 22 and a recording section 23. The determining section 21 compares time information obtained from an on-vehicle device via an optical beacon 50 with time information of a clock device 15 to determine whether the time information of the on-vehicle device is correct or not. If the determining section 21 determines that the time information is incorrect and needs to be corrected, the correction instructing section 22 corrects the time of the clock device 15. The correction instructing section 22 instructs adjacent traffic signal devices 30 to correct time to be the same as the corrected time of the main traffic signal device 10.
