<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical container preventing a bottle needle from coming off from a port member using a simple structure when the bottle needle is inserted into the port member, and to provide a spout member used for the medical container. <P>SOLUTION: The medical container 1 includes: a container body 2 having a drug chamber 3 for storing a drug; the port member 11 mounted to the container body and discharging the drug stored in the drug chamber 3 outside; a plug member 17 for closing an opening portion of the port member 11; a lid member 16 for covering the plug member 17 in an opening/closing manner; and a locking portion 13 integrally provided at the lid member 16. The locking portion 13 locks the bottle needle 20 inserted into the plug member 17.
