<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric-operated valve which can control with high accuracy a flow rate when a small flow rate circulates, without causing the scale-up of a valve body, complication of an inner structure such as a valve seat, a cost increase for machining and assembling, and the like, and which allows fluid to flow without causing a pressure drop as much as possible when a large flow rate circulates and is excellent in cost-effectiveness. <P>SOLUTION: In the electric-operated valve, a valve seat body 22 having a main valve port 23 formed with a valve seat 23a constituting a small flow rate flow path is provided, a large flow rate flow path 70 for bypassing the main valve port 23 is formed in the valve body 20, at least one check valve port 72 constituting the large flow rate flow path 70 is formed in the valve seat body 22, and float type check valve bodies 75 as many as the check valve ports, which close the check valve port 72 on normal flow time and open it on backflow time are arranged in the valve chamber 21. The large flow rate flow path 70 is composed by at least one check valve port 72, and the check valve body 75 is constituted so as to open/close each check valve port 72, and to move along a guide column 73 in the valve chamber 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
