<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film laminate that has a resin layer excellent in the solvent resistance on the biaxially stretched film, can obtain excellent content resistance and adhesion even if the heat seal resin is accumulated on the resin layer by the extrusion lamination and also is excellent in the environmental compatibility. <P>SOLUTION: In the film laminate, the resin layer that contains the acid-modified polyolefin resin (A), polyurethane resin (B), and crosslinking agent (C) is formed at least one side of the biaxially stretched film, and in the film laminate for the extrusion lamination, the crosslinking agent (C) contains the oxazoline system crosslinking agent (C1), wherein the mass ratio of (A) and (B), ((A)/(B)) is 60/40-97/3, and (C) is 1-20 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of total of (A) and (B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
