<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the consumption of concrete by the sticking of a cement paste to the inner surface of piping and the blocking of the piping at concrete placing. <P>SOLUTION: Concrete becoming mortar is obtained by mixing with ready-mixed concrete a part of the water dispersion of a compositional agent containing 35 mass% or more and 50 mass% or less of a silica fume, 23 mass% or more and 28 mass% or less of a mineral binder, 14 mass% or more and 18 mass% or less of a water-soluble resin and 13 mass% or more and 15 mass% or less of a plasticizer; the remaining water dispersion is introduced into a concrete pump as an inducing agent 12; the concrete 13 becoming the mortar is introduced as advanced mortar and then the ready-mixed concrete 14 is introduced and fed forcibly into the piping 11. The consumption of the cement paste contained in the ready-mixed concrete 14 and the blocking are prevented by coating the surface 11a of the piping with concrete 13a becoming the mortar whose moisture is supplied from the inducing agent 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
