<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for electrostatic latent image development capable of suppressing, in printing for a long period, peeling-off of a coat layer coating a carrier core and attachment of an external additive detached from toner to the coat layer, and suppressing the occurrence of fogging in formed images caused by a reduction in performance of the carrier to charge the toner; and to provide a two-component developer including the carrier for electrostatic latent image development.SOLUTION: In a carrier for electrostatic latent image development comprising carrier cores coated with a coat layer, the coat layer contains one or more fluorine-containing resins selected from the group consisting of a fluorine-containing polyimide resin and fluorine-containing polyamide-imide resin; and the content of the fluorine-containing resins relative to the mass of the carrier core falls within a predetermined range.</p> |
