A compound of formula I: wherein Y is a group selected from R1 denotes H or F, R2 denotes OH or F, X denotes CH or N, R3 and R4 independently of one another denote H, Hal or OA, CHal3 Hal is F, Cl, Br or I, A denotes H or Alk, Alk is a branched or linear alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms or cycloalkyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, wherein 1 to 7 H-atoms may be independently replaced by Hal, OR, COOR, CN, NR2, phenyl, linear or branched alkyl having 1, 2 or 3 C atoms, cycloalkyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms and/or wherein 1 to 3 CH2-groups may be replaced by O, —NRCO—, —CO—, —COO—, —CONR, —NR— or S, or cycloalkyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, R is H or is a branched or linear alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms and pharmaceutically acceptable salts esters and N-oxides thereof. |
