A method of treating a cell proliferative disorder comprising administering to an individual an effective amount of an immunoconjugate comprising an antibody that binds to TAT226, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, wherein the antibody comprises: a heavy chain variable domain comprising a CDR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4, a CDR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5, and a CDR-H3 comprising an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NO:6-10; a light chain variable domain comprising a CDR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:12, a CDR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:13, and a CDR-L3 comprising an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NO:14-18, covalently attached to a cytotoxic agent. |
