1. A surgical instrument, comprising:
a first member comprising an end surface and a body including an inner surface defining a throughhole; a second member extending along a first longitudinal axis between a first end comprising a flange and an opposite second end comprising a first groove having a holding member movably disposed therein, the second member comprising an inner surface defining a passageway; and a third member extending along a second longitudinal axis between a first end comprising a lip and an opposite second end that is movably positioned in the passageway, the lip extending at an acute angle relative to the second longitudinal axis, the second end of the third member comprising a second groove having the holding member movably disposed therein, wherein the holding member is movable between a first configuration in which the holding member is disposed in the second groove and first and second portions of the holding member are positioned in the first groove and a second configuration in which the holding member is spaced apart from the second groove and the first and second portions of the holding member are spaced apart from the first groove. |
