The present invention relates to an organic light emitting compound represented by chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 1-1, and to an organic electroluminescent device comprising the same. The organic electroluminescent device applying the organic light emitting compound according to the present invention is driven with a low voltage, improved light emitting efficiency, and high durability compared with a device applying an existing material.
