PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of reducing the number of persons suffering from heat stroke or hypothermia, by providing notification of prevention of the heat stroke or the hypothermia.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes human body detection means and temperature or/and humidity measurement means. The air conditioner has the function of providing notification of the following case or/and starting an operation of the air conditioner, in the case where the human body is detected and where measured indoor temperature or/and humidity falls/fall within a predetermined range in which a person staying in a room may suffer from heat stroke or hypothermia, during the halting of an air conditioning operation. |
