PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic receipt system capable of supporting sales promotion activities, and further to provide an information processor and a program.SOLUTION: An electronic receipt system comprises: first registration means associating a sales promotion identifier identifying sales promotion information provided to a consumer with a consumer identifier identifying the consumer and registering the sales promotion identifier associated therewith in a first table; second registration means associating electronic receipt information containing a breakdown of a commodity purchased by the consumer at a shop with the consumer identifier of the consumer and registering the electronic receipt information associated therewith in a second table; accumulation means referring to the first table and the second table and accumulating a total number of the sales promotion information provided to the consumer and a purchase number of the commodity being a sales promotion object in the sales promotion information for each sales promotion identifier; and output means outputting accumulation results of the accumulation means.
