PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated metal plate which can effectively prevent generation of a scratch by having a coating layer with a high hardness and a high transparency while an appearance is maintained even if the metal plate is used for a kitchen top plate.SOLUTION: In a surface treated metal plate on which a coating layer 3 is formed on a surface of a metal layer 2, the metal layer 3 has a surface roughness Ra of 0.18-0.76 μm, and includes Si of 3300 mg/mor less based on SiO. In addition, when the metal layer 2 has a surface roughness Ra of X (μm), and the coating layer 3 includes Si of Y (mg/m) based on SiO, the X and the Y are in a range satisfying a relation of Y≥2175.9X-28.9. |
