PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection system of an inner liner which continuously, exactly and automatically measures widths of an upper layer and a lower layer of an inner liner having a two-layer structure, and detects an abnormality of a width of the inner liner at real time, and an abnormality detection method.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection system of an inner liner detects an abnormality by measuring a width of the inner liner at real time when the inner liner 20 in which a wide-width upper rubber sheet 22 and a narrow-width lower rubber sheet 24 are pasted to each other, and which has a protrusive two-layer structure at a lower side is transferred on a manufacturing line. The abnormality detection system comprises: laser displacement gauges 2a, 2b which perform measurement from the lower side of the inner liner toward a width direction; width calculation means 6 which calculates respective widths of the inner liner on the basis of data which is measured by the laser displacement gauges; and abnormality detection means 12 which detects the abnormality of the width of the inner liner by storing a calculation result of the width calculation means, and comparing it with pre-stored specification data. |
