PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin integration resin molding apparatus which does not cause enlargement of the installation even when a product shape is formed in a floating core and provides a product with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An application seat 21 is made to intervene between a floating core 11 and an upper die 3 in a clamping state. The configuration suppresses movement, or floating, of the floating core 11 and the upper die 3 due to the resin pressure in molding, which eliminates the need of increase of the spring force of a compression coil spring 19 and thus the need of enhancement of the pressing capacity of the apparatus body, leading to avoidance of enlargement of the installation. A molding cavity 9 with high accuracy can also be formed, leading to security of accuracy of a product. |
