<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning a showcase plate by which cleaning work can be carried out in a time period desired by stores while the store is in business regardless of day and night, the store full of cleanliness feeling can be created and customers can perform usual shopping during the cleaning work, and an apparatus for cleaning the showcase plate. <P>SOLUTION: The showcase plate of a gondola installed in the store is cleaned by successively repeating a procedure in which a vehicle loaded with cleaning means visits the store, a preliminary showcase plate is cleaned by the cleaning means, the cleaning-finished preliminary showcase plate is installed, then the removed showcase plate is cleaned by the cleaning means, and the cleaning-finished showcase plate is replaced with the showcase plate of another gondola to install it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
