<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing parasitic capacitance added to a detection wire and suppressing noise from a display device body. <P>SOLUTION: A touch screen is disposed on a display panel 201 of a display device body 200. The touch screen includes a base substrate 7, a detection wire group 16, and a low-dielectric-constant film 13. The base substrate 7 has a first main plane 7a facing the display panel 201, and a second main plane 7b on the opposite side. The detection wire group 16 is formed on the second main plane 7b side of the base substrate 7. The low-dielectric-constant film 13 is an insulation film having a lower dielectric constant than the base substrate 7, and is formed on the second main plane 7b and/or the first main plane 7a below the detection wire group 16 of the base substrate 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
