The present invention comprises: multiple holder bodies having a container shape with an opened upper part, and made of thermal conductive materials; multiple thermoelectric elements having an air conditioning surface and a radiation surface, placed on sides of the holder bodies, and having the air conditioning surface thermally connected to the sides of the holder bodies; a radiation part thermally connected to the radiation surface of the thermoelectric elements but formed as one single body, and including a radiation pin forming an air path in a vertical direction; a housing including the radiation part, and having an air inlet for the flow of air from a vent part of a passenger body side of an indoor main air conditioning device of a vehicle on the upper part; and a blower which is accommodated in the housing and is placed in the upper or lower part of the radiation part to make the air, which comes through the air inlet, exchange heat while flowing along the air path of the radiation pin of the radiation part. |
