A light guiding decoration laminated sheet includes a transparent substrate having a protrusion structure on the surface. An edge portion of the substrate is thicker than a center portion. A cross-section of the edge portion is in the shape of a horn. A print layer and a hard coating layer are coated on the surface of the protrusion structure of the substrate. An adhesive layer is coated on a side opposite to the substrate. The hard coating layer faces one side of a relevant mold. A resin injection process is performed on the adhesive layer. The other side of the mold may selectively have a fine structure which can be transferred to the surface of an injected resin. The light guiding composite sheet is formed by arranging an LED near the edge portion in the shape of a horn. A heat resistance layer may be arranged under the adhesive layer. A softening temperature of the heat resistance layer is at least 10°C higher than a softening temperature of the injected molten resin.
