Disclosed is a two-position personal electrical hot-water loop engine operating in both a lay-down posture and an erect posture. The two-position personal electrical hot-water loop engine includes: a chamber for heating and storing water; a pump for circulating the water by being connected to the chamber; and a control part for adjusting heating and circulation of the water. The chamber includes: a heater which is installed in a minimum common space located below a minimum water level in a lay-down posture of the chamber or an erect posture of the chamber; an air vent which is formed in the last-above-water part located at the uppermost part in both of the lay-down posture or the erect posture of the chamber, and exhausts air and vapor from the chamber to the outside when vapor pressure due to heating increases; and an air permeable hydrophobic membrane filter which is installed in the air vent, and prevents water leaks in case the posture is changed. |
