The present invention relates to a display device including: a display panel; a scan driving unit which supplies a scan signal to a pixel; and a data driving unit which supplies a data signal to the pixel. The pixel includes: a data application transistor which applies a data signal to a storage capacitor; the storage capacitor which is charged based on the data signal applied by the data application transistor; a driving transistor which generates a light emitting current in a size corresponding to the quantity of the electric charge charged to the storage capacitor; and a light emitting device which emits light based on the light emitting current. The scan driving unit adjusts an active voltage level of the scan signal. The data application transistor adjusts the quantity of the electric charge charged to the storage capacitor in order to adjust the size of the light emitting current based on the adjusted active voltage level.
